Okay Galvin knows what’s up. I don’t know how he made his ice-cream with the correct consistency. We ended up with 3 scoops for in-house eating and 2 tubs to take-away for my diabetic grandfather. I appreciated the fact that all the flavours are retained without sacrificing in taste and still maintaining it as keto-friendly. 100% will either return or order it for delivery.
