This is my source of HAPPY food during pregnancy Gestational Diabetes period. I bought 4 tubs of ice cream throughout. Love them! They seriously don’t cause spikes in reading. Really thankful for Ketojiak’s creation. My favourite flavours so far are Chewy Nama Chocolate + Salted Caramel. Sooo goood!
