Points awarded through spending are based on the full dollar spent i.e. 5 points for $5.99, etc.
Points awarded through new sign up and spending have a one-year (365 days) expiry.
Birthday reward points awarded have a 30-day expiry. Please ensure that your date of birth has been entered into our system upon registration, or you can head to your account details to update it.
Maximum of 1,000 points ($25) for redemption per transaction.
Perk Systems Delinked: points earned in our online shop do not count towards dine in boutique perks; both systems are delinked.

First Time Registration: you may request to sign up over the counter before paying for your first purchase or scan the QR code at the end of your first receipt to sign up.
Points Accumulation: to accumulate points, either request to enter your phone number at the counter before subsequent payments or scan the QR code at the end of each receipt (ensure that the phone used to scan the QR code is the one used for registration).
Points Redemption: please inform our counter staff that you would like to redeem your points before payment. Do note that reward points will not be awarded for transactions where points have been redeemed (i.e. no points awarded for the remainder of $99 for a $100 transaction where $1 has been redeemed). We recommend customers to accumulate enough points to redeem a full receipt.
Points Expiry: points earned in our dine in boutique do not expire.
