We would enter this for the best sugar-free, dairy-free and ultra low carb matcha ice cream contest, if there is one. We crafted this with Uji Matcha from Kyoto, considered to be the finest and most sought-after type of Matcha tea in Japan, and made it sweet enough not to be bitter, so that the entirety of the matcha can be appreciated and experienced. If you’re a fan of matcha, you will probably become a fan of this. ✌🏻️
