Delivery Policy

We’re thrilled to deliver our sugar-free and ultra low carb delights to your doorstep or have you pick them up at our boutique (44 Owen Road, #01-313, Singapore 210044)! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Delivery Policy to ensure a smooth and delightful experience.

1. Delivery Charges: We charge a fee of $20 for orders below $50 and $10 for orders between $50 to $99.99; delivery fee is waived for orders $100 and above after discounts or points redemptions, if any.  

2. Delivery Areas: We deliver to all locations in Singapore except for the following:

  • Airport Cargo Road
  • Airport Zone
  • ALPS Ave
  • Camps
  • Immigration Checkpoints
  • Construction Sites
  • Jurong Island
  • Jurong Port
  • Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA)
  • PSA Port
  • SATS, Aerospaces
  • Shipyard
  • Supply Bases

3. Delivery / Pick-Up Arrangement: We strive to deliver your Ketojiak delights promptly. Upon checking out, we would get in touch with you within one business day via WhatsApp messaging through the number you provided to arrange with you your delivery or pick-up slot. If you have a same-day or a specific date and time request, please contact us via WhatsApp messaging at +65 8726 7078 to enquire first to avoid disappointment.

4. Delivery Partners: We work with reputable delivery partners to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your Ketojiak goodies. While we strive to meet delivery expectations, external factors such as weather or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

5. Delivery Preparation: We take diligence in making sure that your frozen delights begin their journey to you at below -24°C (-11.2°F), packed with enough insulation to remain solidly frozen for a minimum duration of one hour. Barring unforeseen circumstances as in point 4, the duration of delivery of your order should not last beyond an hour. 

6. Rescheduling: We would contact you via WhatsApp messaging through the number you provided to confirm that someone is present and contactable to receive the order at the agreed date and time slot. If we are unable to get a reply from you when the day of delivery arrives, we will not proceed with the delivery and will arrange with you for a re-schedule. No extra charges will be levied.

7. No Redelivery: Following point 6, if the delivery date and time slot have been confirmed through contact with you via WhatsApp messaging, onus is on you to ensure someone will be present and contactable to receive the order at the point of delivery. In the unfortunate event that no one is around to receive the order, we will contact you for five minutes upon being notified by our delivery partner for instructions (either leave your order with your next-door neighbour or by your door/gate). If you remain uncontactable, we will instruct our delivery partner to leave your order by your door/gate. There is no option for a redelivery, and any request for refund under this circumstance shall not be entertained. 

8. Delivery Issues: If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us promptly at +65 8726 7078. We are here to assist you in resolving any concerns.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order is processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

10. Receiving Your Order: Upon receiving your order, please check the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the matter.

11. Free Pick-Up: Collection of your order at our boutique (44 Owen Road, #01-313, Singapore 210044) is free of charge; do ensure that you collect your order on your agreed date and time slot and not earlier as time is needed for us to get ready your order.

12. International Shipping: Currently, we only deliver within Singapore. We do not offer international shipping. 

13. Changes to Delivery Policy: We may update this Delivery Policy periodically. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically for any updates.
