Macros & Allergens

  1. Macros for our Ice Cream flavours are indicated below by per 60g serve and Waffle flavours by per quarter slice serve.
  2. M% indicates the percentage of calories that fats, proteins and (net) carbohydrates contribute to the product. As an energy dense nutrient, fat supplies nine calories per gram, while protein and carbohydrate each supply four calories per gram. M% does not reflect composition by weight, i.e. none of our flavours contains 80% fats! 😱🤣
  3. Allergens are listed in accordance to major and common ones: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans. If you have concerns on uncommon ones, please contact us to enquire.
  4. Our products are all made in-house which processes eggs, dairy, tree nuts and nuts. 
  5. The only milk product that we use in our ice creams is heavy cream, which in itself contains very little amounts of lactose. Thus the overall amount of lactose in the final product is even smaller. If you are lactose intolerant, you may be surprised that you might be able to tolerate our offerings. 😉
  6. Milk products in our waffles include heavy cream, whey protein isolate and micellar casein.
  7.  Sweeteners: we use allulose and monkfruit extract (not to be confused with most sweeteners marketed as “monkfruit” which is actually 0.1% monkfruit extract and 99.9% another sweetener, usually erythritol, to make the entire product 1:1 with table sugar) to sweeten our products.
