Use of Sugar Alternatives

  • We use Allulose and Monkfruit Extract to sweeten our products:
    • Allulose (D-Psicose / D-allulose) is classified as a “rare sugar” that naturally occurs in small quantities in fruits like figs and raisins. It possesses about 70% of the sweetness of sugar (sucrose) and is minimally metabolised when consumed. It is zero on the glycemic index and causes negligible impact on blood sugar levels.
    • Monkfruit (siraitia grosvenorii / luó hàn guǒ) is a gourd native to southern China. It’s Extract possesses sweetness that is 250 to 300 times stronger than sugar (sucrose) and is also minimally metabolised when consumed. It is also zero on the glycemic index and causes neglible impact on blood sugar levels.
  • All our products and flavours do not contain sugar alcohols except for Cookies & Cream; the cookies have been sweetened with erythritol at 1.33g per 60g serve.

Ketojiak’s passion for quality and customer satisfaction has earned my loyalty as a strict ketoian. Unlike other brands, Ketojiak’s products consistently deliver on taste, texture, and ketofriendliness. I’ve never experienced a spike in sugar levels, unlike other keto ice cream brands that often fall short – icy textures, gluey consistency, or flavors that don’t match their claims. Wishing your business continued success and growth! That way, my steady supply of keto ice cream is guaranteed. Keep up the fantastic work!

We recommend a single serve of our ice cream as 60g—a substantial, medium-sized scoop—and half a waffle for our waffle range. At our boutique, we serve rather generous scoops (around 90g), so if you’re calculating macros for dine-in, simply multiply the figures below by 1.5×, or refer to the per 100g nutrition table. 👍🏼

Really yummy ice cream that did not taste like it’s sugar free! Such a rare find for those with dietary restrictions. My kid and I loved it, will definitely order more so we can try all the flavors.

Most of our ice cream flavours meet the Health Promotion Board Singapore’s criteria for Healthier Choice products—containing under 200 kcal, less than 15g of sugars, and more than 3.0g of dietary fibre per 100g. We maintain fats at 16g per 100g to meet the minimum standard for super premium ice cream, giving our creations that rich, creamy indulgence you crave. 🤤

Enjoyed the ice cream and waffle I had, and this keto version is not only very yummy, it really tastes no different from the usual. Wonderful that more people can enjoy this treat.

While we prefer French-style custard ice cream—made with eggs and dairy—for its creamy texture and rich flavour, we also offer dairy-free options, and egg-free versions will be introduced in time for those who need them. We do not use soy-based ingredients in any of our products. Hope the common allergens table below helps! 🙂

Common Allergens, FLAVOURINGS & COLOURINGS

  • All our products are crafted in-house, in a facility where eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and peanuts are processed.
  • Our dairy-based ice creams are made exclusively with heavy cream, which is naturally low in lactose and may be suitable for those with mild lactose intolerance.
  • Our waffles contain heavy cream, micellar casein, and whey protein isolate—ingredients that are also low in lactose and potentially suitable for those with mild intolerance.
  • Where the natural ingredients alone are insufficient to deliver the desired flavour profile or intensity, we use approved flavourings—always while keeping each serving under 2g of net impact carbs.
  • Where used, flavouring and colouring content is indicated by its percentage of the total formulation.
