Combining cream, cocoa, and Scottish whiskey results in our version of Baileys – a delightful cousin to the Irish Cream. Crafting alcohol-infused ice cream is a delicate balance; too little lacks a kick, while too much turns it soupy. We’ve updated our perfect equilibrium and increased the amount of Scottish whiskey by quite a notch to bring about that satisfying kick while maintaining the body of the ice cream; hope you’ll relish this flavour as much as we do.
