Buttermilk Waffle

There are many good pairings with ice creams, but having sugar-free and ultra low carb ice creams on waffles of the same teleports one to healthy indulgence cloud nine! Crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside when air-fried or toasted. Enjoy our buttermilk waffle with a scoop or two of our ice creams for a balanced sweet and salty experience, or top it with fried chicken, smoked salmon, sour cream, chives and the likes for a full-on savoury treat.

Note:
Our waffles are crafted with a premium blend of protein and egg powders and spot 7x lesser in net carbs than almond or coconut flour based ones. The cost price of the ingredients alone is more than double the selling price of typical bakery waffles. While we ensure the consistency of the amount of batter used for each waffle, sizes and shapes of the waffle quarters in a full waffle will not be uniform; the quarters may also break from one another at the split lines.

Reheating:
To warm up from frozen, we recommend airfrying or toasting it at 160°C for 5 to 6 minutes and letting it cool a bit for a slight crisp outer layer.
